III.II Operation

The TTG is used to vote on proposals seeking to amend the Actors and variables.

New lists and variables may be added arbitrarily over time, however the core protocol is immutable and these additions will not directly impact its operations.

The implementation which controls the M^0 protocol is deployed exclusively on the Ethereum Mainnet.
