2.3. Duty of Transparency

To the extent reasonable, and observing proper confidentiality practices, all Actors within the M^0 ecosystem are encouraged to abide by a duty of transparency and candor toward Governance. The Actors will enter into Mandatory Contracts with each other and are expected to timely and appropriately make the latest versions of such agreements available to Governance and other interested parties, ideally in the public domain, but certainly upon request.
